Customer should return the item within 7 days (from the date of receipt)

Customer pays the return shipping and OnyxCraft would refund item cost minus shipping.

Product must be in its original condition, products with any sign of wear and tear will not be accepted.

For Returns/Exchanges

If the ring size is not correct ship it back to us at your cost and we would gladly exchange it, we will ship it back to you at our cost.

If you would like to exchange your product for some reason, please send it back to us and we will replace it(customer pays return shipping)

If you receive an incorrect item we would be more than happy to replace it at our cost, you don’t have to pay for return shipping also.

Customers must return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
